Edward A. Wodarczyk is the founder of Wodarczyk & Associates, a law firm providing employee benefits and ERISA solutions. He has over 34 years of experience as an employee benefits consultant serving a broad range of clients across various industries. Ed has extensive experience working with 401(k) plans, pension plans, ESOPs, ERISA fiduciary matters, cafeteria plans, executive compensation arrangements, golden parachutes, mergers & acquisitions, etc. His clients include the following types of companies:
